Over the weekend I read convenience store woman by Sayaka Murata - about a 36 years old woman working in a konbini, not quite fitting in with what she's supposed to be/ do according to societal expectations. 

Great read, makes you think about all the unwritten rules and expectations. 

It's been translated to many languages so you can read it in yours too.
