Let me tell you about brutality in comedy. The Chappelle Show's 'Charlie Murphy's True Hollywood Stories' ripped Eddie Murphy's legacy wide open. Then there's Don Rickles destroying Frank Sinatra on national TV - that's when roasting became an art form. Eminem getting destroyed in '8 Mile' - he roasted himself better than anyone could. Speaking of self-burns, Norm Macdonald's legendary roast of Bob Saget went so anti-comedy it became iconic.
