The Last Cycle: An ETH Denver Retrospective

TLDR: 

> There weren't many new faces, there wasn't much frivolous marketing spend, and there was a shift towards pragmatism. 

> There were still relics of the past (i.e. 2018 infra projects on their last legs or newly overfunded VC grifts burning marketing spend), but it was less prevalent than past years.
