First thoughts after sitting in my Herman miller embody for the past hour:

* No head rest, but my neck feels supported natural by my spine alignment
* Arm rests come in so my elbows are support when typing
* Seat depth is adjustable to support your whole thigh, putting less weight on your hip flexors
