How do you plan to really decentralise hubs long term. If it each hub is 20TB 128GB RAM and takes $1k a month to run, it seems only a few big FC clients are likely to run them. Or - is that an acceptable trade off?

Farcaster relies on Ethereum for security, so the dishonest majority problem has far fewer implications. You just need enough geo distributed hubs to prevent data loss or eclipse attacks and that number is probably 100-1000
