Was feeling sorry for myself 3 months ago tearing all the ligaments in my ankle. 3 months later i can walk run and climb.

Saw my friend today who took a 15m ground fall, 5 surgeries and 35 days later he can’t even situp for more than 30 minutes. And he can’t use the loo. 

There’s always someone worse off…
