Who has read this book? I’m trying to get back into maths. Last time I studied maths was when I was 16 and although a lot of the fundamentals are still there, a lot has been forgotten. Anyone have advice for those getting back into maths?

Any specific goals for picking up math? Is it just for mental alacrity? Also if you’re not talking about university-level math, then I think MBA (or equivalent) math can be good practice. Just filter for hard questions.

Free PDF my advisor used for his crypto course: “Intro to Modern Cryptography” Bellare & Rogaway, 2005 https://web.cs.ucdavis.edu/~rogaway/classes/227/spring05/book/main.pdf To me, it was very readable (for such tough material). ===== If you need linear algebra: “No bullshit guide to linear algebra” Silly name but gets the job done. https://a.co/d/07oWGJiJ

Not sure if it's what you're looking for, I've been getting deeper into the maths lately and I started working my way through this yesterday. https://web.evanchen.cc/napkin.html Also been doing the calculus courses on Kahn academy after following through the 3blue1brown series
