What are everyone’s thoughts on taking a 2 week break from this whole thing? I’m a little inspired by @sassal.eth Im all anxiety and starting to spiral into some sort of dark place. Anyone else want to join me? Eth etf probably won’t do much for at least that long.

The fact that you have come to this realization is an accomplishment in itself. Most (myself included) get so locked in and its hard to realize when we are burnt out and need to detox. Go for it man, this is a marathon not a race.

I was visiting my family for 2 weeks earlier this month, and nobody talks/thinks about crypto if you don't. We live in a little bubble, and there is no reason to lose our mind over it. Go and do the things you like, whatever it is, crypto is here to stay, and you can come back anytime 😊

Just started going to the gym and beach walks like I use to, and it helped for sure only doing crypto stressed me out too. I find that with less screen time I am more emotionally stable and make overall better decisions in crypto. Also maybe you are too leveraged in some altcoins and it may cause a lot of stress.

if you're thinking about it - do it; i had almost a week off and it was refreshing not to be online daily, although i also couldn't claim my EIGEN but still :D
