It’s a fantastic book. Bringing back fond memories of my time in pirate-like kitchens in the country clubs of California, where chef’s would regularly throw pans across the room. Haha. Also reminds me of a time when you didn’t complain as much because the guy next to you worked doubles everyday & smiled about it
