The United States government should not spend one cent of the money it has stolen from its tax slaves on foreign aid. Helping people in need is great, stealing to do it is not. If you are going to rob the American people through an illegal tax on their income, spend it on America. The mental gymnastics I see people go through to justify involuntary taxation is absolutely amazing. At its most basic level, involuntary taxation is theft, there is no way around it. Theft is morally wrong. Therefore foreign aid funded by involuntary taxation is morally wrong. If taxes were something only corporations and billionaires paid I suppose you could try to make the whole Robin Hood argument that stealing from bad people and giving to poor people is a net positive. (Then you have to also judge all the poor people that benefit, are all of them "good" people) But many "good" people pay taxes so you can't even use the Robin Hood argument.

You enjoy America’s power weather it comes from the soft power of foreign aid or the hard power of military. Both are effective. But here I am expecting you care if I make sense

I don't want the government of America to have more power either hard or soft they always misuse it. So if foreign aid is effective at giving America more power then that is just another reason to dislike it.
