In college, I spent a summer doing cold-calling for a value-added reseller (VAR) of HP and Dell hardware products. The cold-calling was less fun, but learning about the VAR model was worth it. As web3 matures, we need to start thinking about VARs & channel sales. How do you activate a network of resellers for your product? This is how you scale 10x.
