contentcoins dilute attention and liquidity, it'll create fragmented markets where users have to manage even more niche tokens. This just adds complexity without clear benefits.

May deter supporters to be compelled to buy when they see wild price action similar to memecoins. it'll turn creators into a PVP pump fun platform and possibly hurt their brand.

I don't want to confuse normies anymore than we already have. There's existing tokens that already work. People tried giving utility to memes and it usually fails. Would love to hear the other side of this 👍

It's giving early blockchain rush—projects launching w/o delivering meaning. 

Most chains are fast and efficient now, but there are countless ones that differentiate today on small tech upgrades like TPS (end user no care). (btw, Gib me niche - gib me Industry-specific chains.)

With that said, introducing contentcoins risks repeating the same pattern: adding complexity without solving core problems.

Alright, last post about content coins (definitely not, but let’s pretend):

I think there are [different|better] ways to do it than just attaching a bonding curve ERC20 to a piece of media.

Give people options, and they’ll choose the one that most align with their values.

At the end of the day, if creators are getting paid, it’s a win. If fans can get upside, that’s great too. Let’s see what systems take off, I know we have so much room to explore.
