Creatives are not yet aware of the value in bringing their creativity onchain, still caught up doom scrolling and pumping contents into web2 platforms without realizing same contents could bring them financial freedom onchain. Imagine a cross-posting platform built on @base allowing posts between web2 and Onchain socials with engagement and reward analytics showcasing how much their engagements make for them on both platforms. Making entry Onchain easy because now all you need is one platform that connects to Onchain apps with the same functionalities as web2 apps but with financial rewards. For example you are able to post same content from TikTok to @drakula and see analytical data of both on your dashboard. Here is a video of me talking about this challenge and solutions. this week I built -after a long break from hosting Twitter spaces, I hosted the “Safe Space” and reconnected with my friends, we spoke about everything happening in our personal lives and web3 as a whole -Joined the Base around the world buildathon by signing up to this Base Africa part of it, this is my first buildathon and most likely my first build on Base. I am excited to do this with the other members of @creativealchemy - @sir-damilare @jessepollak @statuette @carlosjmelgar @gnericvibes

What a great initiative! If content, storytelling, and social impact are in alignment with you— I'm Maceo, founder of /wethemmedia, a community focused on bringing awareness of web3 to Black communities around the world. We Them Niggas is my podcast, where I’ve interviewed more than 40 Black people using web3 to share their paths to getting onchain. We supported @creativealchemy founded by @anesi in onboarding new creatives in Abuja, Nigeria, last month at their Creatives Hangout Event by helping source panelists @jedxo and @ballerdan to speak on their POV onchain. I am working to bring more educational events to Black people in the States now. We are also looking to help more creatives learn about how to participate onchain, using our community to help new thinkers enter the space with amplified reach and an informed audience to help builders iterate and grow.
