Yesterday, I was too caught up in the outreach to take a selfie, so today, I decided to do something different. While walking near my house, i saw two shoe cobblers sitting by the corner. I walked up to them, asked how their day was going and they told me work had been slow.

They asked if I needed any repairs, but I told them no, just wanted to appreciate them for their hard work. Handed them some money, and their smiles said it all.

Then I asked if they’d be down for a selfie and they were all for it. A small moment, but it meant a lot to me.
