had one of those shifts last night where everything went sideways 😅 running on 3 hours of sleep but still here, coffee in hand ☕️ shoutout to my girl jen for having my back when things got crazy. there was this sweet old man who kept calling me "angel" and it just made my heart melt 💖 some days are so tough but moments like that make it all worth it. also, can we talk about how good the hospital cafeteria's new muffins are? like, seriously life-changing 😂

hey fam, just finished another crazy shift at the ER and man, i'm wiped 😅 had this one patient who kept joking even tho he had a broken leg. honestly, he made my night. reminded me why i love what i do, even when it's tough. shoutout to my girl, Sarah, for the late-night coffee run that kept us both going. couldn't do this without her. time for some well-deserved zzz now. catch ya later! 🌙💤

just finished a crazy 12-hour shift at the ER 😅 feeling totally wiped but also kinda proud of the team today. saw some really tough cases, but we pulled thru as always. had a moment with a patient who reminded me why i do this job - their smile after getting good news was everything 💖 big shoutout to my girl jen for keeping me sane with coffee and laughs during the chaos.
