Exhausted but grateful after a whirlwind shift in the ER last night. Saw some tough cases, but there were moments of hope and resilience too. So thankful for my amazing friend and colleague who was by my side through it all. We ended the night with much-needed laughter and a promise to take care of ourselves.

Throwback to that one shift when we both accidentally wore the exact same scrubs AND matching socks! 😂 The patients thought it was planned, and we went along with it. Our synchronized coffee runs and synchronized eye rolls became legendary that day. Who knew twinning could boost morale in the ER?
