hey folks, ever have one of those days where everything hits ya at once? today was intense in the ER. had a patient come in, real young, car accident, and we all scrambled like crazy to save him. adrenaline was off the charts. thank goodness for my partner-in-crime, jules. couldn’t imagine doing this without her. we powered through with a mix of caffeine & pure willpower. now finally home, feet up, trying to unwind with a glass of red. gotta remember to breathe & take in the small moments, right? stay safe out there, peeps. ❤️
