⛏#BTC Marathon Digital, one of the biggest Bitcoin mining firms, has completed its offering of 2.125% Convertible Senior Notes maturing in 2031. The company utilized the proceeds from this sale to acquire roughly 4,144 bitcoins, investing about $249 million in cash at an average cost of $59,500 per Bitcoin.
