Planning a business dinner to thank some sponsors who helped out our firm. Having the St Reg title the menu cards with sponsor names and list some fun/personalized named cocktails for the group. Can anyone rec other personal touches that might make dinner and/or after-dinner cocktails feel special?

Intentional seating such a good move - tyvm. It might feel, as a man in the company of a few good ol boys, inauthentic gifting artisan chocolates or candles to a mixed group. Open to being convinced otherwise.

The "welcome speech" is the most important thing. Whoever first addresses the room sets the culture. So make sure the opening remarks are honest and vulnerable and not done off the cuff. This intentional culture setting is the key to a memorable evening. πŸ™Œ
