was just thinking about this whole “Instagram of web3” schtick that companies like $ZORA try to play. Looking at posts on popular accounts, why would they really want to have it be a tradable asset? Most “premium accounts” don’t want or need to monetize directly off content.

I think we should try, it’s scary because it has been the opposite way ever since. As human, we need to try

try what tho, that's what I am curious about? look at all of the really popular accounts and think 'what do they want?' I think there is a super small niche of people who want a post to trade like an asset (ie. speculative gamble). Now turning it into a better performing (a more transparent) monetization engine is a different thing, and that's kind of what I am getting at. Either a better Ads model, or something that more directly builds on a minting model.

Imho we should see it in a different way. Zora is clearly trying to be the closest thing possible to an onchain Instagram, onchain needs transactions, and there is no speculation for genuine holders of what you too. Holding $0.01 is still supporting imho
