- ban means lost Points (ie. no Claim) for this Season ONLY?

- Vouching or Appeals process starts when?

- presume that everyone who is "banned" can Unlock asap?  

whatever decisions are made, need to get ahead of the fallout ...

also, Locking demand will cliff dive on a 1 Million monthly distro vs. 5 Million.

I don't think I have interacted much with you, but let's see what happens here between now and tomorrow. 

The goal will be obviously to mitigate any damage and figure out who the real ones are, and I obviously don't think that was achieved today

in looking at the data, it is clear that there were definitely some bad apples in the community who have abused the Degen team's trust and really cost the project a lot ...

but this net seems to have been cast too widely and the damage/mitigation needs to calculated.

Yea it’s been a crazy day. I actually liked what Jacek was saying for moving forward but he’s alienating a big percentage of the community with these retroactive bans. 

To me it doesn’t make sense to piss off community members who have locked their funds. Better to take the hit and set clear ground rules moving forward.

Many , like myself, who are banned are not bad actors. They believed they were acting in accordance with the set out rules.
