at this point it's safe to say Threads is a worthy contender, being 1/3 or 1/2 the size of Twitter.

I don’t believe any of the numbers because of the Instagram notification and Story gimmicks. 

Meta is famous for being a DAU culture and the fact they report MAU here is a flag.

That was my thought about it reading it too, only because I don’t know a single person who is actually “on” that app
