family is fending off the flu so spent the morning baking homemade sourdough (with @greg’s starter!) and cooking avgolemone — greek lemon chicken soup this soup knocked me out of a 104 fever once and i’ve sworn by it since, even called the greek restaurant to get the recipe also bread is already gone, ty greg

less about spice, it’s a lot a lot a lot of lemon! bay leaves, garlic, salt and pepper plus dill once cooked after
