Anyone have any tips for how to get a high score in GeoCrush? I can’t seem to get past 285. Does speed of play make a difference?

no, you need to get the Lightning ⚡ they allow you to 'reset' the board when it isn't going your way for a given shape. so you want to get a few Lightning early on, then use those resets when needed and you should easily be able to get above 285
