I like it, but don't think this is the one

It feels overly financial, but you casted yesterday about the fun you have with using POIDH 

Encourage feels more aligning than incentivize but don't think thats it either

need to straddle that line between "this is a powerful concept that isn't possible without crypto" (serious poidh) and "this is a toy you can use to do fun things onchain" (fun poidh)
