there will be casts that one wants to persist longer than the original author’s storage quota may allow for

ought there be mechanisms in the proto to enable such market action

how can the fc ecosystem enable this sort of social behavior?

as a user we want to fund surplus storage to enshrine casts. to enable them to outlast the storage quotas present when they were created
