Hi @vitalik.eth I noticed that the Ethereum Foundation occasionally sells ETH on-chain in batches of 100 ETH, even though OTC markets are also available. Could you share the reasoning behind choosing on-chain transactions for such sales? Is it mainly for transparency, liquidity testing, or some other strategic considerations?
