If work is in-person, if I spend the time driving to the office, I better expect all my coworkers there If that's not true, full remote is the only other option Hybrid is the worst of both worlds

@perl small team: me and @peter usually meet half the week, but not full days. thinking “n days” a week in person - meals/sessions with the bigger team could be a good mix these days imo. we want to only hire locally for that reason. #remotework
