Egg roll Ingredients: 4 hard-boiled eggs 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder 2 tbsp sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp nutmeg (optional) 1/4 cup margarine or butter 1/2 cup water (adjust as needed) Vegetable oil (for frying) To make egg roll, boil eggs, then peel and set aside. Prepare dough by mixing flour, baking powder, salt, and water to form a smooth dough. Wrap dough around each egg and deep fry until golden brown. Drain excess oil
