Just tried to make my own sourdough starter. Two weeks later, I’m not sure if I’ve created bread or a new life form. It’s either going to make an amazing sandwich or demand its own room and Wi-Fi password. If you see me buying tiny hats and googly eyes, mind your business. It’s for science. Also, if anyone knows how to negotiate with a sourdough starter that’s threatening to unionize, please send help.
