I have an Idea. Sending BTC to a future me or as an example to my children. 1. Buy cbBTC and lockup it into a smartcontract. 2. Decide when and which email should receive the cbBTC later for a timeframe from days to even years. (like 20 years) 3. cbBTC get deposited to AAVE and will accrue cbBTC based yield. 4. When the time frame (as an example 10 years) expires, the email get a link to claim the cbBTC. (This process would need to mixed with offchain activities though) With this concept you can send BTC to your future self without the need to have a wallet or can give BTC even to your children without them owning a walllet yet. Key would be that the process once started can not be cancelled. Only thing changeable would be the email address that should receive the BTC before expire. Leave any comment, especially if you would be interested in using this kind of service. Thinking to pitch our team about it, if I can get enough interest about it.

This is a brilliant concept essentially a time capsule for BTC. But the biggest challenge here is human element. Email as the sole recovery method is a weak point. What happens if the recipient loses access, or the email provider goes under in 20 years? A multi-sig or decentralized recovery mechanism could be a better safeguard. Also, what if the sender wants to add more BTC over time? A dynamic deposit option could make this even more powerful.
