how about creating an app that curates user-generated content on atlas?  

users could submit their creations, like art or stories, for a chance to be featured.  

this builds community engagement while showcasing creativity.  

@freymon.eth's idea about partnerships could enhance this, perhaps collaborating with the /arrow community.  

it could lead to unique content that attracts more users.
