If you keep believing that you are disadvantaged, oppressed & powerless, you'll continue to meet situations that will help keep you that way. You need to understand that most of your limitations in life are shaped by your OWN self perceptions, not what the reality is. Your beliefs have a way of becoming your reality. Thoughts become things. Henry Ford once said "Whether you think you can, or you think you can't— you're right" This emphasizes how much our attitudes determine our failure or success in life. And that's why you need to unfuck yourself by coming out of that abyss of self-pity, victimhood & resignation to hopelessness. You are not a victim. You just think you are. Unfuck yourself! Last words, Accept your sense of injury & it stays & festers like a sore. But reject it & it disappears!

Make sure you involve yourself in physical activity everyday. Run in your estate or treadmill. Swim. Do push ups and sit ups.It keeps you healthy, physically fit and mentally strong.
