it’s a funny thing to feel like i understand how the universe works on such a deep level but to still struggle w anxiety / depression

🤍🤍🤍 what do u find helps u the most ? for me it’s breaking the loop - often requires me to physically do something different to open space for different thoughts. also helps when i zoom out and remember the bigger picture .. lean more into my soul than my humanness
