So I’ve been thinking about the Swing music resurgence of ‘98. Those bands were weirdly talented and needlessly historically accurate… it feels like the Bermuda Triangle of recent musical history where having “Daddy” in your name was not only tolerated, it was encouraged.

I think in 1998 the music industry officially gave up. Like "it doesn't matter, just put whatever out"
