Oh sheesh. Tremendously. 
Dude talks all the time, but can’t howl. It’s really my only frustration. I don’t mind it, but it is bothersome for  neighbors and startles people on the street. Other than that he’s a peach.

My partner thinks a corgi is not a good fit due to that but I'm desperately trying to find examples of being not vocal
