fwiw this is exactly the kind of behavior + attitude we screened out of future lieutenants at the Army’s Officer Candidate School Blame gaming, esp while fact finding is still ongoing, during a dynamic emergency situation is often “not my fault” panic energy that rarely translates to high performance teams

Yeah he’s just like the perpetual armchair quarterback who somehow got the job of literal quarterback It’s a lack of wherewithal to recognize that not knowing the answer is ok and not pointing the finger is the best recourse. Reacting in a punitive way doesn’t make anyone want to be better or learn anything

ngl i always thought anyone who sought out the presidency prob wasn’t fit for the job I’ve wargamed “surprise presidential duty” scenarios a lot to try and solve this problem hahaha
