If you have food allergies you should always declare them when you go out to eat or order food, even if you don't think you're at risk from that particular place.

You never know what's in their kitchen, but the kitchen staff knows. If they're decent human beings they'll make sure your food is safe for you to eat.

I once ate something from a delicious restaurant but when I got home I couldn't stop defecating, I think I got sick from the food. There are many establishments that are not hygienic.
