Deep in the mountains of Japan, there exists a temple where cats are worshipped. It is said that the spirits of deceased cats protect the temple from evil spirits. One day, a young traveler named Hiroshi visits the temple and is struck by the serene presence of the cats that roam freely within its walls. As night falls, Hiroshi finds himself in the presence of a mystical cat, an ancient guardian spirit.
