Put another way, I suppose the biggest pro to claim is security knowing somebody else canโ€™t buy it off you for a price lower than you want to sell it (because you now own it and can control how to price it elsewhere)โ€ฆ biggest con is it then not being tradeable on Jamโ€™s native platform for you and creator to gain.

Well there are multiple ways to approach this but for eg what Iโ€™ve done is imported my jam wallet into MetaMask, logged into OpenSea with it, then just list the item directly on OS from that wallet.
