What do you use your physical (or digital) wallet for? e.g. payments, loyalty, identity, etc What do you use your crypto wallets for? What do you wish you could use crypto wallets for?

I fall into the camp of not trying to overthink the JTBD of a wallet. It holds identity and money. Anything extra feels a bit unnecessary. Does my wallet need to also serve as a gallery? Not sure.

That being said, it's harder to carry more than one physical wallet. It's quite inevitable to have multiple crypto wallets. Today's wallet tools don't give you nearly as much control over that experience as I would like (e.g. customizabilty).

Speaking of customizabilty, one thing that feels underappreciated is the fact a physical wallet speaks a lot about who you are (minimalist, maximalist, outdoorsy, brand-enthusiast). I wish crypto wallets could offer that kind of association too. Maybe NFTs are the way that works.

Customizability is a great point. Definitely lots of room for users to tailor their wallet to who they are - touches on wallets as a form of identity. Agree with not overcomplicating JTBD in principle. Mostly want to make sure I'm being rigorous in exploring the use cases
