Don’t forget portion sizes. Your meals are double the size compared to where I live in Europe, and your drinks…. Wow. Largest soft drink at European McDonald’s is 500ml, no free refills. Coffee is in a small cup or mug and doesn’t come with half a liter of milk and syrup.
