We found about 20 accounts that tipped @razdva close to 10000 and they all had something in common. 

They were all less than 7 days old and had received and locked around 1.2 million DEGEN via Bybit.

We’re not banning anyone just yet, but we want quality posts to get tips. AI-generated content, t4t games, and low-quality posts that extract value from the community aren’t what we support. We reserve the right to moderate posts.

I know it's hard to ban users that locked Degen. So why not ban them, disqualify those points, and release their stakes immediately?

They shouldn’t get out of the lock if they get caught breaking the rules
