FIP: Reduce Storage Limits

@wazzymandias.eth's proposal is up for review. it reduces the # of casts, links and reactions per storage unit to help hubs scale.

When we hit storage limits, doesn’t it just start deleting our old actions / casts? 

Nothing needs to stay around forever imho. I’m fine with reactions from 3-6 months ago disappearing.

Yeah personally I think I’m only going to upgrade storage when I’m at my cast limit. I get wanting to keep old casts but do we really need to go back thousands of reactions to see what we liked? 😅

yes exactly! Like unless it affects my power badge, I don't need to see every like and recast. 

My priority to keep are: Original Casts, Quoted Casts, Comments/Replys

0% interested in my likes being stored. TBH I think likes are fairly pointless tbh. I just do it out of habit.
