Reducing the moxieboost

ngl guys, even though some of them are nice I don't think having a bunch of rich dudes get sucked off all day for moxie was a good move 

What happens when a bunch of literal nazis come over here and have massively boosted "far scores" because they have money or because they have someone else bankrolling them?

People should be able to opt of rewards sharing if they want to, especially as other fan token use cases continue to come out. If an artist has or wants to make a fan token that rewards holders with art every so often why should they have to give some of their daily moxie rewards too?

In general I don't like the idea of people being able to buy influence, but I understand that you want people to buy in and have skin in the game. Personally I think it would be better if the boost was somewhat dependent on the persons initial farscore and capped to prevent random people from instantly buying a bunch of fan tokens and gaining a large amount of influence overnight.
