Agreed, it's the one major "downside" of having a client so connected to the protocol team. I had the same thought when I voiced my concerns around the time priority mode got turned on for everyone by default. I'm pretty confident that the Farcaster guys know this and will push/support 3rd party clients more and more

I think there might be a misunderstanding tbh. Moneygun itself might not impact it, but abusing it and sending out 1000s of casts with similar messaging and little to no interaction might. Could be wrong though?

It automatically makes the tipping casts for you for every person that gets hit with the moneygun, wouldn’t people abusing it and having it generate 100s of automated casts with similar messages and little interaction get flagged as spam?

I think it’s important to point out that Hey ≠ Lens, it’s a client built on Lens. The Warpcast power badge is meant for Warpcast (the client), not the entirety of farcaster. There’s nothing stopping someone from creating their own verification system that is similar to hey’s for their own farcaster client

We do a little builder nominating 😌 @hellno.eth for /herocast, an open source Farcaster client for desktop @cmlad.eth for his work on Warpcast :D @wake for everything he does for the degen community /degentokenbase, and just being a good dude :)

No problem! Pretty sure there'll be some changes to evangelizing to minimize how farmable it is tbh, won't be sustainable having 15% of the supply go to the people who can farm the most tweets
