Been working on the member rate post v3 launch, I believe lifting fork threshold to 20-25% will increase the true members joining as it forces the arb bid to be lower.

Super basic is 13e in bv lost since v3  - sub 80 days since launch. Increase to allows accumulation to suit this range.

Thus creating lower arb-only bids which hopefully attract members. Which in turn push the accumulation phase out again.

Yes it is all based on demand which is unknown but 10% doesn't give it a chance.

Member rate v3>fork 0 = 5.55% 

Fork 0 - fork 1 = 7.692.
