I bought this on cassette in 1991 and literally wore it out. I then bought it again and again. What an incredible rhythm section. Dexter's ability to just go and go in stream of consciousness was such an inspiration. Despite being very "inside" I think listening to these extended improvisations helped lead me to free/avant-garde music. Still grounded in this stuff. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iETvzeK1nPA
