Totally agree. For me I’m trying to figure out how to sift through early signals - feedback, early opinions etc. What frameworks have you found most useful when making the early decisions around a product’s direction?

Build for yourself and your friends. Easy to prioritize building things you like and want to use yourself.

I couldn't agree more. I guess I'd just get left with the fear of what if there aren't too many people like me 😅 But I see what you're saying because decisions do have to be fast, and it's hard to do without a gut feel for it.
