Spicy Matcha Gimlet 🌶️ Ingredients: • 60 ml gin • 25 ml fresh lime juice • 20 ml simple syrup • 1–2 g matcha powder (dissolved in a splash of water) • fresh mint • Ice cubes • 1 small chili pepper (for garnish)

Instructions: 1. Muddle mint leaves in a shaker. 2. Add gin, lime juice, syrup, and matcha. 3. Shake with ice and strain into a glass. 4. Garnish with a chili pepper. and voila 🪄🍸
