What's everyone current workout split looking like in here? I'm on 6 days Day 1&3: Chest and Tri, Days 2&4: Back and Bi, Days 3&6: Legs and Shoulders

Upper/Lower split 4x weekly I alternate between heavier days and more hypertrophy focused days. If I’m recovered and have time I’ll sneak a 5th day where I hit muscles that I’m trying to focus on or recover faster (hamstrings, calves, shoulders).
